Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at The Owl of Professor! If you're not fully satisfied with your
purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
● Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original
packaging.
● White color products cannot be returned.
● Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Contact us at SUPPORT@THEOWLOFPROFESSOR.COM or 8074398975 within 7
days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for
return/exchange.
2. Follow the return instructions provided.
3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 working days
after return pickup is completed.
4. Once we receive and verify the item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
● Refunds will be credited within 7 business days to the original payment method.
● For COD orders: Refunds will be processed to your wallet within 1-2 working days
after return pickup. Wallet balance can be tracked via our website.
Exchanges
● Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a
refund will be issued.
● Exchanges for a different size or color follow the same return process.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately at
SUPPORT@THEOWLOFPROFESSOR.COM or 8074398975 with photos, and we’ll replace
it at no cost to you.
International Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns due to customs and shipping
complexities.
