Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
White color products cannot be returned.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact us at [email protected] or 8074398975 within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Follow the return instructions provided.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 working days after return pickup is completed.
Once we receive and verify the item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited within 7 business days to the original payment method.
For COD orders: Refunds will be processed to your wallet within 1-2 working days after return pickup. Wallet balance can be tracked via our website.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Exchanges for a different size or color follow the same return process.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately at [email protected] or 8074398975 with photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
International Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns due to customs and shipping complexities.
